D.  Beginning one-foot spin - 2-4 revolutions,           optional free leg positionand entry.
E.  T-stops - R and L.
F.  Bunny hop.
G.  Forward spiral on a straight line - R or L.
Bonus skill: shoot the duck - R or L.
