The CJV Ball Control Training Academy is an eight week progressive program that will allow players to gain mastery of the ball. Ball control is a skill that can win or lose games; it is about being comfortable playing the ball in any situation. Coaches will run players through drills that will work on forearm and hand control (i.e. setting, serving, hitting, and passing).

Session 1: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Level: Advanced (Gold, Travel Teams, or other advanced experienced)
Level: Beginner to Intermediate (Bronze, Silver, Practice & Play, or other similar experience)

Players may be screened at their first practice to determine skill level.
