Class Architech Sports Performance Training - T/Th

Sessions 1
Training Session is a 6 week session ran by Architech Sports Staff, and will include:
- Dynamic Warm up which will include shoulder and ankle injury prevention exercises
- Movement Prep will cycle through: Power development, lateral speed/quickness, reaction speed, and footwork
- Strength: Upper body strength, lower body strength and power, core strength, hip strength, and unilateral balance and stability.
- Mobility and flexibility as well as recovery and regeneration sessions
Refund Policy - No refunds will be offered after the first week of the program UNLESS:
- A player sustains an injury within the first 3 weeks of the program, and cannot participate in the remainer of the program.
- If player sustains an injury after the first 3 weeks of the program, no refund will be offered
- Architech Sports Staff will be able to modify all programs to accomodate minor injuirs so players can continue to participate, even with an injury.
- No partial refunds will be offered
